NOTICE OF CANCELLATION U.S. Sales You may CANCEL this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within TEN BUSINESS DAYS from the date of your electronic signature. If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under this contract of sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following receipt of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled. If you cancel within TEN BUSINESS DAYS, you must make available to the seller, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract of sale, or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller or COMPANY regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller’s expense and risk. If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not respond within twenty (20) days of your Notice of Cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller or COMPANY and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract. To cancel this transaction, please e-mail, mail or deliver a Cancellation Notice or any other written notice, to the Avant Independent Distributor who sold you the product, or the COMPANY NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF the tenth business day after the order date. Proof of such notice must be maintained.

Transform Purchase Agreement
1. ALL SALES FINAL: ATTENDEE AGREES THAT EVENT TICKETS PURCHASED ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If space is unavailable for any reason, Attendee will be able to attend the next subsequent event of the same type at no additional charge. Attendee acknowledges that neither airfare, nor any other travel costs to, during and from an Event are included as part of an Event and that Attendee shall be solely responsible for arranging and paying for all such costs other than what is outlined hereinafter for each type of Event. Avant Education (hereinafter the "Company") will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the meeting. - RESERVATION CHANGES. The ticket purchased under this Agreement is valid for the next Event of the type specified for which space is still available. Registration via website is required for each Event. - If purchaser of ticket did not register for the upcoming event, the ticket will be automatically deferred to the next Event. - A rescheduled Event must be of the same type (i.e. Transform to Transform; Transcend to Transcend). 2. REGISTRATION DEADLINE. The Company must receive an Event registration from Attendee no later than thirty (30) days prior to an Event. Any changes or special requests less than thirty days from an Event must be sent to the Company in writing. The Company at its sole discretion will review each request. Requests are subject to availability and there are no guarantees of changes within the thirty (30) days prior to an Event. Note: Request for any changes are to be made in writing and received by Corporate not less than 14 days prior to an Event date and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 3. NO SHOW. Non-attendance at the scheduled Event after valid registration shall result in forfeiture of the ticket and the entire amount paid for such ticket. Any such forfeiture shall relieve both the ticket seller and the Company of any liability or obligation of performance relating to the ticket. 4. AUTHORIZED GUESTS. Attendee understands that the cost of an Event ticket includes one ticket to attend an Event for two people. Attendee understands that the guest cannot be another Distributor. Permitted guests include: a spouse, significant other, life partner, business partner, or a friend as long as such person is not a Distributor. A. Included in the Transform Ticket: - Attendance to an Event for two (2) people - Welcome reception and dinner for two (2) people - Gala Farewell Reception and Dinner for two (2) people (Name badges must be worn) Additional costs incurred such as transportation/travel, hotel accommodations, meals, laundry, valet service, telephone calls, etc., are at Distributor's expense. B. Included in the Transcend Ticket: - Attendance to an Event for two (2) people - Welcome reception and dinner for two (2) people - Gala Farewell Reception and Dinner for two (2) people (Name badges must be worn) Additional costs incurred such as transportation/travel, hotel accommodations, meals, laundry, valet service, telephone calls, etc., are at Distributor's expense. 5. SPEAKERS CONFIDENTIALITY: Attendee understands that Company will provide speakers at an Event who will convey valuable information that is for Attendee's use only. Attendee hereby agrees not to record, copy, transcribe, or distribute, either directly or indirectly (in any manner or form), and to keep strictly confidential and to not disclose through written, electronic or any other means, any of the information or content of Event seminar. 6. NON-COMPANY PROMOTIONS: Attendee agrees that the promotion of products, shirts, jewelry or companies other than those of the Company is strictly prohibited at all times during an Event, unless an authorized agent of the Company provides express prior written approval to promote such products or programs. Failure to comply with this term will result in immediate expulsion from an Event and the resort area and forfeiture of all fees paid. 7. INDEMNIFICATION: Attendee agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company, and its respective successors, assigns, personal representatives, officers, directors and employees, for, from and against all manner of actions, suits, liens, debts, dues, damages, claims, judgments, executions, attorneys' fees, costs and demands of every nature, kind or description whatsoever, either at law or in equity, or otherwise, arising out of or in any manner connected to Attendee's participation in an Event. 8. RIGHT OF REFUSAL: Attendee understands and agrees that purchase of Event ticket is subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any ticket purchase. Company may, at any time, change the dates, speakers or location of an Event without notice in which case, Company will make all available efforts to accommodate registered Attendees. 9. ARBITRATION; VENUE. In the event that a dispute arises between the parties relating to either the terms of this agreement or the parties' relationship in general, either party may serve notice that it desires to have the dispute mediated by a mediator selected in accordance with the procedures of the American Arbitration Association, or as agreed by the parties to the dispute. Once elected, the parties must allow a minimum of sixty (60) days to resolve the dispute through mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, then it shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration by a committee of arbitrators (one appointed by Company, one appointed by distributor, and one appointed by two so appointed). The arbitrators will abide by the rules of the American Arbitration Association and judgment may be obtained on the award in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any mediation and arbitration will be conducted in Phoenix, AZ. The parties hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably waive their right to trial by jury, and agree that if the foregoing binding arbitration provision is determined for any reason to be unenforceable or inapplicable to a particular dispute, then such dispute shall be decided solely by a judge, without the use of a jury, sitting in a court of competent jurisdiction in Phoenix, Arizona. 10. ATTORNEYS' FEES and COSTS: Attendee agrees to pay any and all costs, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by Company as a result of any violation of these Terms and Conditions by Attendee or any other dispute between Company and Attendee. In an Event any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, are determined to be void or superseded, the remaining portions of the foregoing Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this paragraph shall survive. 11. NOTICE. Any notice pursuant to the ticket purchase and these Terms and Conditions will be considered properly made when deposited by a party in the U.S. Mail and, if the notice is to Attendee, addressed to Attendee, at Attendee's last known address; or, by email notification. 12. ALL EVENT TICKET SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: Attendee, hereby agrees by electronic signature during online registration process to purchase an Event (as listed above) and agrees to all terms, conditions, and rules related to this event as announced and modified by the Company. Once Company has received payment in full, Attendee will receive notice by electronic mail of receipt of such funds. A link to the Event Registration page will be posted prior to each event and must be completed.

The arbitrators will abide by the rules of the American Arbitration Association and judgment may be obtained on the award in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any mediation and arbitration will be conducted in Phoenix, AZ.  The parties hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably waive their right to trial by jury, and agree that if the foregoing binding arbitration provision is determined for any reason to be unenforceable or inapplicable to a particular dispute, then such dispute shall be decided solely by a judge, without the use of a jury, sitting in a court of competent jurisdiction in Phoenix, Arizona.

10.	ATTORNEYS' FEES and COSTS:  Attendee agrees to pay any and all costs, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by Company as a result of any violation of these Terms and Conditions by Attendee or any other dispute between Company and Attendee. In an Event any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, are determined to be void or superseded, the remaining portions of the foregoing Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this paragraph shall survive.

11.	NOTICE. Any notice pursuant to the ticket purchase and these Terms and Conditions will be considered properly made when deposited by a party in the U.S. Mail and, if the notice is to Attendee, addressed to Attendee, at Attendee's last known address; or, by email notification.
